Introduction

Structure and Responsibilities:
The office operates under the direction of the Campus Director and the two Deputy Directors in consultation with the Heads of Departments to prudently co-ordinate administrative activities with special reference to the following departments and sections; Finance, ICT, Central Services, Personnel welfare, Health Unit, Security and its attendant facet of safety and security of campus’s staff equipment and learning environment. The above mentioned coordinating activities are complimented by monitoring and evaluation through the implementation of Quality Assurance management systems ISO 9001:2008 pillared on the Moi University procedures to ensure quality services and products to all our stakeholders.
The office also chairs the Inspection committee that ensures that all the purchases are in conformity with the university procurement procedures with underlying security on required specifications and cost effectiveness.
