REPORTING FOR JANUARY - APRIL 2020 SEMESTER

A. Continuing Students

Students to register for the new Semester by:

A) Paying the required Semester fees
B) Register units as prescribed in the programme in the student portal
C) Reserve your preferred hostel space subject to availability

B. Re-Admission for Undergraduate Students

ATTENTION: SECOND YEAR & THIRD YEAR MAIN CAMPUS STUDENTS

1) Download quadruplicate the RESUMPTION OF STUDENT AGREEMENT FORM and fill in your (student) part FROM students download.

2) Go to your respective School Accountant with the following:
a) Bank Deposit for Tuition & Accomodation fees
b) Bank Deposit Slip for Damages
c) Resumption of Students Agreement Form

3) The School Accountant will confirm the above are in order and stamp your Resumption of Studies Form

4) Take the Resumption of Studies Form to:
a) Dean of Students if non-resident and leave a copy of the form there
b) Registrar, Student Affairs if resident in the Hostel

5) Contact Registrar Admissions at the Student Centre with duly signed and completed Resumption of Student Agreement Form for activation of your re-admission.

Apply for Master of Science (Health Informatics)

REQUIREMENTS

a) Meet the common Moi University College of Health Sciences entry requirements as they refer to Master or
Science Programmes,

b) A Bachelor's Degree in the Health Sciences from Moi University or its equivalent from other institutions approved by Moi University Senate.

OR

c] A Bachelor's Degree in Computing or Information Science from Moi University or its equivalent from other institutions approved by Moi University Senate.

OR

d) A Bachelor's Degree in any other field from Institutions approved by Moi University Senate plus a Diploma from
Kenya Medical Training College (and experience practicing in the Health field)

e) If from foreign countries, show evidence of proficiency in English language.

f) Pass admission interviews as determined by the Institute of Biomedical Informatics Post-Graduate Committee.
